How long does it take for JH Jewellers LLC, JH Jewellers LLC Br.2, JH by Priyansh Jewellery LLC to deliver once the order has been placed?
Your delivery will hit your doorstep in a minimum of three working days if you’re located in the UAE and a minimum of five working days if you’re in the GCC. Customized jewellery can take up to 10-15 days.
International orders will arrive within seven working days, depending on the nature of the product. For more info, please review our delivery information section. Customized orders take 2 months for other countries.
Does JH Jewellers LLC, JH Jewellers LLC Br.2, JH by Priyansh Jewellery LLC accept cash on delivery?
Yes, cash and card payment on delivery is accepted on orders within the UAE.
This feature is unavailable on orders from the rest of the GCC or internationally.
How can customers track their orders?
International orders will come with a tracking number via FedEx. Orders made within the UAE will have a tracking number sent to you via email.
Authenticity of Products
Is it real gold?
All our gold and diamond jewellery products are made of solid 14K gold, 18K gold, 21K gold or 22K gold. For silver jewellery products, we use pure silver.
Do you provide a guarantee for jewellery?
We provide a 100% store guarantee of metal and diamond authenticity. We do not provide a manufacturing guarantee.
Which countries are the gems sourced from?
Our diamonds are sourced both locally and internationally. They make their way into our e-store from Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We strive to source our gemstones and diamonds from countries that are conflict-free, provide miners with a safe working environment, and employ responsible working practices.
Refund Policy
What's your return and exchange policy?
No Refunds are offered at JhJewellers.ae. We offer exchanges within 2 days of the customer receiving their order. Customer must initiate the exchange request within 2 days of receiving their order after which the product must be shipped to us within the next working day. Please note we need to receive your returned order back at our facility within 10 days of initiating your refund. You can return your order to our local physical store as well. Engraved Products
All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for an exchange at any time and are final sale.
For other products
All exchanges must be:

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. JH Jewellers LLC, JH Jewellers LLC Br.2, JH by Priyansh Jewellery LLC will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the store credit amount when applicable.

Are refunds paid back to my bank account or to store credit?
JH Jewellers LLC, JH Jewellers LLC Br.2, JH by Priyansh Jewellery LLC does not provide refunds for purchases. Customers can opt to exchange their product for another one from our e-store (with store credit for the purchase amount).
