ONLINE STORE TERMS

PAYMENT TERMS

All the purchases may be paid using a debit, credit card through our online payment facility which is provided by Stripe. As per the term, you agree to pay any additional charges by some bank for international transactions. As per your demographic location only delivery fees will vary, product prices will remain the same as you have selected the currency, all prices shall be payable in that currency. For orders within the UAE prices include VAT (5%), no other charges are implied. For outside of UAE, prices do not include VAT, but other sales tax and import duties and receiving country VAT will be applicable.  

 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at an offline store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our priority, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return or exchange or cancel the order, subject to our return policy. Engraving Service

We offer engraving and repair services for the products purchased from us. Only if they are purchased from JH Jewellers LLC, JH Jewellers LLC Br.2, JH by Priyansh Jewellery LLC, we offer both machine engraving on specific items on selected bracelets, rings, and pendants. We choose the best products manufactured by our designer in high quality and craftsmanship. However, should you require any repair service we are pleased to do the same. In addition, to your right under this term, we offer to repair the item free of charge during the warranty period, you will need to provide the proof of purchase.

For repairs, except where the item is damaged, defective, or dispatched wrongly by us. You will need to arrange and pay for the postage of the items to us. We are not responsible for the items sent by you and lost in transit.

IMPORT DUTY AND PROCEDURES

For all shipments made from UAE to any other country, the customer is required to research the local laws and customs fees for their country of destination. JhJewellers.ae will not be held responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes charged to the customer at the time of collection, all customs fees must be incurred by the customer.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods or services are destined. Please note that items may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the goods overseas due to local law. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any laws.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
