By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. PAYMENT TERMS
All purchases may be paid for using a debit or credit card through our online payment facility provided by Stripe. You agree to pay any additional charges imposed by your bank for international transactions.
Product prices will remain the same in your selected currency regardless of your geographic location; only delivery fees may vary. For orders within the UAE, prices include VAT at 5%, and no other charges are implied. For orders outside the UAE, prices do not include UAE VAT; applicable sales tax, import duties, and the receiving country's VAT will apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any customization of an order — including changes in gold weight, stone additions, sizing, or design modifications — may result in additional costs. Any price difference will be communicated to you prior to proceeding, and you will be required to settle the outstanding balance before the order is finalized.

ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY
All sales made on our website are final. Once payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, sizing discrepancies, or stock limitations.
In the event we are unable to fulfill your order as placed, we will resolve this exclusively through one of the following:

Option A — Immediate Substitution: An alternative product of equivalent value that is available and ready to dispatch.
Option B — Custom Preparation: A customized or specially prepared product of equivalent value, which may take a few business days to complete depending on the nature of the customization required.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this fulfillment policy.

IN-STORE & MESSAGING PRICING
Prices, offers, and discounts communicated through in-person interactions, phone calls, WhatsApp, or any personal messaging channels are entirely independent of and do not apply to products or pricing listed on our website.
Website pricing and in-store or direct communication pricing operate as two completely separate pricing structures. No verbal, written, or informal offer made outside of this website shall be honored for online transactions, under any circumstances.

REFUND POLICY
All purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds on the basis of product unavailability or any other fulfillment-related circumstance, as outlined in our Order Fulfillment Policy above.
In the exceptional event that JH Jewellers initiates a refund entirely at our sole discretion, the following conditions apply:

Customer-Requested Refunds: A processing fee of 3.1% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing charges incurred at the time of the original purchase.
JH Jewellers-Initiated Refunds: The full amount paid will be returned to the customer with no deductions whatsoever.

PRICING & LIABILITY
Upon completing a purchase on our website, you are entitled to receive the exact product ordered. Our liability is limited strictly to:

Fulfillment of your purchased item as ordered; or
An agreed customization of equivalent value; or
An alternative product of equivalent value, as described in our Order Fulfillment Policy.

JH Jewellers shall not be held liable beyond the scope of the amount paid at the time of purchase. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities. All products are subject exclusively to our Order Fulfillment Policy as outlined above.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device screen's display of any color will be fully accurate to the physical product.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change pricing, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited by law.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. ENGRAVING & REPAIR SERVICES
We offer engraving and repair services exclusively for products purchased from JH Jewellers LLC or JH by Priyansh Jewellery LLC. We offer machine engraving on selected bracelets, rings, and pendants.
We offer free repairs during the applicable warranty period, subject to valid proof of purchase. For repairs outside of warranty, or where the item has not been damaged or dispatched incorrectly by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for postage of items to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when sent to us by the customer.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of such sites and will not have any liability for any third-party materials, products, or services.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods or services obtained through any third-party websites. Complaints or concerns regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party concerned.

IMPORT DUTY & PROCEDURES
For all shipments made from the UAE to any other country, the customer is required to research the local laws and applicable customs fees for their country of destination. JH Jewellers will not be held responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged to the customer at the time of collection. All such charges must be borne solely by the customer.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any failure to deliver goods overseas due to local law restrictions.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
